I'd agree with Greg here, I think. The ABI is kind of "up for grabs" at present as we move towards a stable 1.3, so it seems to me that we could add an insert method without worrying about ABI issues, and it would be a useful API addition to 1.3 - and one that would probably still make sense with the fltk2/3 API, too. Especially if Greg has code ready to go, as I think he said he has? Or am I missing something important here?
