Steps to replicate (firefox 3.6 on linux)
1) Go to fltk.org, click 'Download'
2) Click on the latest 1.3.x link at the top
3) A page briefly shows:
Change Mirror site:
( ) California, USA
(X) New Jersey, USA
( ) Espoo, Finland
4) Before I can change anything, it immediately starts the download,
so I assume it's picking the NJ site.
In the last year or so, I don't think I could ever change the download mirror,
it /always/ seems to pick the default.
