I have committed to FLTK-1.3 a new device hierarchy along
Matt's suggestion.
It's a rather heavy commit. I did my best to correct makedepend
files adequately, but may have left some errors therein.
There are 4 file renames:
Fl_Abstract_Printer.{cxx,H} become Fl_Paged_Device.{cxx,H}
Fl_PS_Printer.cxx become Fl_PostScript.cxx
Fl_PSfile_Device.H become Fl_PostScript.H
which interfere with our various ide's. This has not been reflected yet.
Albrecht: a reformat of the doc would be useful at this point
(I feel sorry to keep asking you that).
