[fltk.development] vc2008 projects and solutions for win32 and x64

for fltk 1.1.10, I've created a set of solutions for visual studio 2008 for 
both 32 and 64 bit compilation within the same solution.  I'd be more than 
willing to give them to the group for possible inclusion in the the code but 
I'm unsure of how to go about this of if anyone would be interested.
