I noticed that "Chapter 1" of the fltk.pdf is the TODO list. We should probably have something more user friendly in Chapter 1 (the intro?) and have things like the TODO list and Deprecated list at the end of the document.
We should probably really carefully check the layout of the fltk.pdf file.. it's probably been a while since anyone closely looked at it; we've all been looking at the HTML docs. As we get closer to release, we should probably assign out ranges of pages among the devs for sanity checking. Perhaps even run it all through a decent spell + grammer checker to scan for typos.
