Hope I didn't break anything; it's a huge diff to svn.
I side-by-side compared the old fltk.pdf to the new; indeed many images
are now showing up in color. All seemed to be working OK.
There are some things we need to fix in the pdf (a huge colorswatch that
takes up the whole page, some stray '\code' markers got into the docs,
and some screenshot images for Fl_Value_Input/Output that are showing
up a little too large (probably just need to change the latex 'cm' values
to fix all these huge images).
