I think that some of the so-called fixes in FLTk 1.3's CHANGES file
are due to changes that we introduced with FLTK 1.3. Should these
appear in the CHANGES file, or should we remove them?
Examples:
- Fixed crashes when detecting illegal UTF-8 sequences
in Fl_Text_* widgets (STR #2348)
- Fixed Fl_Text_Display Tabulator calculations (STR #2450)
- Fixed file access code to use UTF-8 strings (STR #2440)
And probably much more. Basically everything we found after adding
UTF-8 support (and related to UTF-8) should not be included.
Opinions?
