Actually, looks like there might be something up with
OSX + svn current with regards to FL_FOCUS.

Yes, I noticed this too noodling around with the above bug's code.

Yes, I also noticed that; I think the issue is when a window
is first opened, FLTK still thinks focus is with the old window,
and for whatever reason won't give it to the new window until
you click back and forth once. Then fltk and the OS get back in sync
and FL_FOCUS is delivered normally.
