I had a look at what Mozilla does to solve this issue, and copied their
approach. The basic principle is that it tells OS X that it only wants
"Roman" keyboards.

I have two gotchas though:

1) It doesn't toggle back to the old input manager. This behaviour is also
seen with Firefox, so if it's good enough for them then maybe it is good
enough for us?

2) This is a Carbon function, not Cocoa. It is also removed in the 64-bit
API with no clear replacement. What is the status of FLTK on 64-bit OS X?
Do I need an #ifdef for this?

(If you want to test firefox' behaviour, just go to a site with a password
field and select it)
