I began fixing the layout and updated the html stylesheet file: documentation/src/html_stylesheet.css. This was really necessary to fix the layout of the new style docs. This is the default doxygen version (for 1.7.4) now, and I am aware that we modified some attributes (font sizes) in our previous version, but for me all looks fine now. Please check if we need to change the sizes again (and which). IIRC this had to do with function arguments in typewriter (courier) fonts marked by \p or \c (they appeared too small). I don't know when I can finish the online docs, but hopefully later tonight (maybe 5 or 6 hours from now).
