@Manolo Gouy: Excellent idea to recreate the window
when the callback does not hide the window!
This fix does solve the problem, in all cases.

I tried the fix, and it does work.
I slightly optimized the test for finding if the window
has really been hidden from FLTK. I did optimize that
by not looping through the list of known windows, but
directly looking at Fl_X::i(window). This ptr is NULL
when hidden, and nonzero when shown.
