Why are you using fltk2? It is unstable, alpha and currently deprecated for new users. I would strongly urge you not to use fltk2 for any critical work until you are much more familiar with the codebase! You should be using fltk-1.1 or fltk-1.3 at present, both of which are considered stable. I do not know of any working port of fltk2 to WinCE. There is a port of fltk-1.1 to WinCE but I do not know it's current status, though I believe it is unmaintained.
