Ben is doing work on fltk2 now, so you need to liaise with him...

Bit of a catch-22 situation: To qualify for dev status you need to have
posted a load of fixes to STR's etc., that were approved and accepted.
You need to show your work is OK, basically.
But since no one has been processing the fltk2 patches (until Ben picked
it up recently) it's been hard for anyone to pass that particular exam
question...
I can only suggest you post fixes for a pile of fltk2 STR's and see how
that goes. If Ben can integrate your work into the fltk2 tree, that'll
likely get you bumped up to dev status pretty quick.

Again, check with Ben, see what he says. Did you mean #2694 BTW, or some
other STR? 
That (#2694) is raised by "spoony" (is that you?) and Ben's
investigation suggests that the analysis is probably wrong, and that the
fault is probably not as described in the STR...
