FWIW: I managed to compile the FLTK 3.0 VC6 IDE project as of svn r 8947
with VC++ 2008, including zlib, jpeg, and png after fixing the project
names in fltk.dsw (extraneous '.' removed, or missing '\' added, what-
ever you like). There are other errors in this early VC6 version though
(63 succeeded, 12 failed, 0 skipped). But this shows that the IDE files
were okay and usable, at least for some versions of VC++ on some Windows
versions. ;-)
