Done, tested and committed for FLTK 1.3 and 3.0 (thanks to Ian for "back porting" the other change. Both modifications together seem to fix the positioning problem for my dual head setup. I tested lots of combinations with only small overlapping areas, and all was well. There's only one pathological exception, AFAICT: if I try to position the window entirely off screen, then it is adjusted to fit on the 2nd screen. But that's nothing I'd care about. Still to do: change /screen/ area to /work/ area. I added a "FIXME" comment for this one.
