I cleaned up everything now and checked even with
$ svn stat --no-ignore
and did a fresh build, but there are still problems with
test/CubeView.h and test/CubeView.cxx
Please see my previously posted patch that works for me.
Since these files are in the repository, I have no idea why
they would work w/o patch for you.
And last but not least, all GL demos still fail to run.
Ian, do they work for you with MinGW?
