I'd agree with Bill if our libs were out of date, but I don't think they are. I know that Mike et al has been keeping the jpg/png libs current, at least in 1.x.x anyway. I myself compile statically against FLTK's internal jpg/png libs to avoid any random aspects of the os's version of these libs.
