One thing might be if we decide to change the coordinate origin from being 
window relative (as per FLTK-1) to being parent-relative (as FLTK-2) since in 
that case simply typedef'ing FLTK-1 widgets as fltk-3 widgets might behave 
badly... Depending on how the origin change is set up, of course...
