[fltk.general] Some suggestions

On a second thought, I thought that the forums weren't so great just because 
they seemed to be misnamed. I thought that something like "Newsgroup" would be 
a more suitable name. Maybe both a "modern" forum and "newsgroup" tab could be 
provided.
