There are three issues still open. I have found a good solution for  
the first one, the resizable dialog box, I hope. I can't solve the  
build environment issue though, and the circle drawing issue might  
take time, too. Uless these three issues are solved all the way  
through, there is no 1.1.8.

No, 1.1.8 will have no new features, but it will have a huge amount  
of bug fixes and improved interfaces.

Well, these widgets *are* available right now. After 1.1.8, the 1.1  
branch will be set in stone. No more features and no more bug fixes  
(unless something really ugly pops up).

After 1.1.8, we will have to discuss if we redirect all power to 2.0,  
and add the discussed widgets there, or if we do another attempt at  
1.2, adding all the 1.1 improvements we could not do because it would  
change the binary API (and let the 2.0 developers stand in the rain).

But *before* we start discussing this, *please* let use first finish  
1.1.8!
