Since I am working on the fltk-utf8 . As you know there is a version of
fltk-utf8-1.1.6-3 which works fine. But the new version which I am working
on(i.e the new fltk-.1.1.x + utf8) doesn't work as it should. Look at the utf8
project in the mentioned (fltk-utf8-1.1.6-3) Fl_Scroll works just fine but as I
said not with the new Snapshots
