[fltk.general] how to use Fl_Timer

hi, guys. I used this form to set a timer:
Fl_Timer * timer=new Fl_Timer(FL_VALUE_TIMER,0,0,30,30,"Timer");
But, it turns out a external link error.
how can i solve this?
