OK, there's a tarball of the 1.1.8 port with the beginnigs of OSX support here... http://www.imm.uklinux.net/fltk/fltk118-utf8-2007-06-16.tar.bz2 This builds on all the platforms I have (OSX, linux, win32) and works to some extent on all of them.
