Yes, it was long planned to make Fl_Table an integral part of FLTK1, but we never prorted it into FLTK because of the feature stop needed to get FLTK 1.1.8 out. So, when we wrap up 1.1.8, we will decide on the next major version number and include Fl_Table (assuming Greg is still happy with that idea) and other usefule widgets and extensions (utf-8, for example).
