That's easy enough - but doesn't necessarily track latest from svn, so
if you need that (for any reason) then the Msys approach is (in my
opinion, anyway!) easier than redoing the Dev-C++ packages... But for me
the big win with the Msys approach is that it is congruent with the
approach on my other platforms.

Depends what the OP needs, I guess.
