The FLTK file chooser is far superior over the original file chooser. :-) File choosers are a matter of personal taste of course. If you feel like it, you can use the Fl_Native_File_Chooser widget form FLTK1 and replace the Fluid2 chooser. We happily accept patch files against the current sources, and if we like several of your patches, you have a good chance of being promoted to be an FLTK core developer.
