Indeed. As has been pointed out in this forum a number of times, the fltk documentation only takes one so far; you have to look at the source to really know what's going on. (Forgive me for paraphrasing. I haven't the time to search right this second). I think that's an accurate assessment, and, in my view, it's the single most significant defect in fltk. It might be worth bearing in mind as the development of 1.3 gets underway. I hope this is taken as a constructive suggestion, which is the spirit in which it's offered.
