Mind you, he'd better watch out - if Chris Espinosa[1] finds out that he
spelled Xcode wrong, there'll be trouble!

Go to the "Bugs and Features" pages, and file a feature request STR for
1.3 - there, you will be able to upload your zip as an attachment to
your STR. That's probably the best way to get this into the build (and
assuming your willing to maintain the ide files, of course;
un-maintained ide files are am ongoing source of help/support requests!)

[1] Chris Espinosa is the Apple lead on Xcode stuff, and on their lists
he frequently berates people for spelling it wrong. It's "officially"
big-X, small-c, o, d, e, apparently. So Xcode is OK but XCode is not.
