Sure - there's a gdb port that goes along with the compile-chain, and
the usual assortment of GUI front-ends for gdb if the CLI doesn't suit
you.
That said, I use gdb from the shell usually, so don't have a view on the
goodness or otherwise of the GUI's... I think that codeblocks or dev-c++
or some of the other gcc/mingw IDE's provide gdb fron-ends that might
suit? Or DDD. Or I guess Eclipse would do it...
