Sorry, I'm not up on FLTK2 yet.
Regarding FLTK2, I take it making a subclass and overriding
resize() is not the way things are done anymore..?
I just tried a quick experiment doing that, and noticed my
resize() code was not being triggered when the window was resized,
so I guess my "old dog" fltk1 tricks don't carry to fltk2..
