The shell doesn't set the CFProcessPath environment variable to the
destination of the symlink, so none of the normal bundle stuff is able
to find the bundle...
The strategy we're using in 1.3 (and that can be used in 1.1 as well)
is to create a wrapper script that exec's the bundle executable with
the command-line arguments that are supplied. This looks like:
"name"
#!/bin/sh
dir="`dirname $0`"
exec "$dir/name.app/Contents/MacOS/name" "$*"
