hello again, i had this problem on mac osx and solved it without really knowing how. i have the same problem in windows and i cannot solve it...
ganyemede doesnt seem to see that i have a Makefile. It always calls make with some whatever options. Thing is: when i open a msys terminal, go into my workspaces project folder and type "make" everything is good. When i tell ganyemede to do an "make all" it fails because all my include flags and stuff from my Makefile are simply not used. Aint this kind of awkward?
