I can only suggest that you raise an STR for this
(http://www.fltk.org/str.php) and perhaps file as much information as
possible about the problem. We don't have many (any?) Chinese
contributors, so any help or suggestions about this, or Input Methods
generally, is going to be helpful.

The handlingof Unicode is subtly different in fltk-1.3.x so that *might*
be worth trying, although once again I suspect that the Input Method
support needs work and refinement...
