What version of fltk are you using? There is no version 7.
(Well, not yet, and at our regular pace, probably not anytime before the
Sun goes out...)
Perhaps you mean version 1.1.7? If so, it ought to work, although I
would urge you to upgrade to the stable release, currently 1.1.9.

FL/Fl_Table.H
- which is what Greg shows in his example.
Some compilers and build tools can be case sensitive, even on platforms
which are not, and if you are on a platform that *is* case sensitive,
then you *need* to get this right anyway. What platform are you on? Is
it a case sensitive one?
