Don't worry about that 'right' age , it is a matter of fact that we make children older that we used to in the old times, but it is not a bad thing IMHO, question of maturity I guess ;-) Now I have two children and indeed my life changed in great way ! It also made me realize that to be in good shape is now an obligation for me, so I started to exercise my body and to care for my health which is not bad either !
