Hard to say, but I would not assume it was imminent, as I don't think there are any "showstoppers" that have been fixed in the meantime, so there's not so much pressure to replace 1.1.9. However, this bug is fixed in svn and in 1.3, so can you try one of those and see if that does indeed fix your issue? The current 1.1.x svn is essentially what we expect 1.1.10 to be, now, unless something unexpected comes up.
