Please see the README file; after running 'configure', you have to run
'make'
to build the fltk library, which will build the libs and all the example
programs as well, including the cube example.
From the Readme for building on unix/OSX:
"When the configure script is done you can just run the
"make" command. This will build the library, FLUID tool,
and all of the test programs."
"To install the library, become root and type "make install".."
