Ah, OK. I'd missed that this was in fluid code.... In which case, this sounds very much like a bug in fluid - which I probably will not be able to fix. Can you post an STR for this, please, to make sure we don't forget. Also, what does fltk-1.3.x do? I don't have any gcc-4.x series compilers here.
