I don't think that is possible. The Fl_Chart widget is only provided for compatibility with the old Forms Library, and is quite limited. You probably need to derive your own plotting widget, or use one of the many that are in the links pages - lots of people have done this before! Go to the links page, then search for "plot" or "graph" and you'll get a lot of hits...
