If I use a "border" parameter by setting it to '0', then all window atributes
hides, as I want.. But hides everything, I mean even it's atributes on the
bottom panel (where are all runned in windows programs are).. I mean I want to
create "my own window", without standart "x" and "_" buttons, and the main
problem is that I don't know how to hide them, but not hide another things =)
