I am not familiar with VS2005, but to me that looks very much as if
the build has worked.

If you look in the "Debug" or "Release" folders of your project (I
assume the MS tools still do that?) is the exe there? And if so, does
it run when you double-click it?

What makes you think it is not working?
What do you mean "no startup window"?
Does VS2005 normally launch your app for you when you build it? (I
thought "build" was the normal setting, "build and run" was a non-
default extra... I may well be wrong...)

On the basis of the above, it is not clear that you have to do
anything - it seems like the build has worked.

To be frank, it doesn't sound like this is a fltk problem, it rather
sounds as if the problem is that you don't really know how to use the
tools at your disposal, so a little time with the VS docs might help
you so much more than any advice we could offer.

Also, what do the pinocchio people say? It's their build process, so
they may have relevant observations about how to go about making it
work.
