Technically, this isn't a forum, it is a mailing list - the web-based
"forum" interface is kind of the "interface of last resort" in some
regards.

We generally expect that users will subscribe to the email interface,
and then their mail client will handle the threading in whatever
style they like.

OR you can use the usenet nntp:: news interface and allow your news
reader to handle the threading.

This mailing list is also tracked by some of the internet services,
which will provide a threaded, web accessible interface for you. e.g.
     http://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lib.fltk.general

And lastly, the web interface here allows you to access the messages,
but may be less user friendly than you might like.

You should have been able to simply cut and paste the examples I gave
in my post (or indeed form Greg's post) and used them directly. Did
they not work for you?
