First: do any of the FLTK test programs work?
They are built automatically when you build FLTK.
There are programs like 'cube' and 'demo', etc.
Also: when you built fltk in VC 2008 express, what exact steps
did you do to build (ie. which file did you open, which solution
did you build..)
