Do you already know how to cross-compile for your target? If so, building fltk is pretty easy. If you do not even know how to cross-compile for your target, then google is your friend. I would say that Edzard has done quite a few useful posts, so searching on his name might not directly lead you to the answer - but you will doubtless learn useful things in the process anyway! Also, I have recently posted (several times) on how to cross-compile fltk for arm, so a search of the archives will turn up some stuff (some of it quite detailed) that should show you how to proceed.
