Yes I know fluid and it's a good tool, the problem comes with fixed layout and mainly when you program for more than one language where the labels will vary in width, also I like to have something like we have in internet browsers with the '+-' key to change font size and let the widgets resize and reposition properly, today with more and more big screens lowering prices is a kind of no sense have a 24 inch screen and still work with an form that hardly can be seen on it.
