Those three symbols are defined in either vsnprintf.c (fl_snprintf) or fl_utf.c (fl_utf8encode/decode) so I'd have to guess that for some reason those two C files didn't get built or linked? Or, maybe they did, but got compiled as C++ so the names got mangled up all wrong and the linker can't resolve them?
