I think possibly only the .dsw files are up to date in the unstable tree's (being the "lowest common denominator" in MS's constantly changing sea of formats...) I don't know why I think that though - I think I read it somewhere, so this may even be documented! (Caveat: I don't use the MS tools for my windows builds, so am not all that familiar with them these days.)
