Mikko L. did a port of (I think) 1.1.8 or maybe 1.1.9 and posted patches, so they are out there somewhere. I don't know how complete it was (pretty complete I think) and I suspect it is broadly un-maintained.... However, at some point it did exist! Note that wince is (internally) quite a bit different from win32, so there's a lot of work in creating and maintaining that patch. It is *not* trivial to port win32 code of any real complexity to wince.
