Try this first; go into:
Tools->Options->Projects and Solutions->General->Build And
Run->Max parallel builds
..and set the Max parallel builds to '1'.
The fltk 1.1.10 (and older) project files do not support the new
"parallel builds"
feature in 2008 Express and up. (FLTK 1.3.x svn now does, as of a month
or so ago)
If that's not it, paste your build log so we can see it.
