Not as such. Like most open source projects, it'll be ready when it is
ready...

If you have an urgent need, then jump into the STR's and start posting
patches - the sooner they are fixed, the sooner we can release.

You might want to ask yourself why you require a release version?

If you are worried about stability, then take a snapshot that you are
happy with and make that your baseline, and build and test on that -
there may be issues in the fltk lib, but if they are not manifest in
your application, they are not a problem...

If the problem is that your management won't accept an unreleased
version, then the problem may be more of one of educating your managers
rather than urging us to hurry up.
Indeed, if you can persuade them to throw some resources at bug-fixing
1.3, that would help too...
